All 5 branches of Eadon Lockwood & Riddle feature in this year’s Best Estate Agent Guide. An exceptional rating is the highest rating possible – only the top 5% of branches nationally achieve this benchmark, and 3 of ELR’s branches achieved this award (Bakewell, Hathersage and Rotherham)
Eadon Lockwood & Riddle won Silver for Sales in the Best Small Agency, Yorkshire & Humberside Region.
The judges assessed the agents quality of marketing, speed of sale and carried out a ‘mystery shop’ exercise on all the branches. Top performing branch in the group was ELR Bakewell (sales), achieving a Top 100 position.
