OFF MARKET SALES - BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO KNOW

From the end of 2019, we introduced a Private Buyer list, giving selected clients first choice of any suitable properties coming to the market. This method of sale particualrly suits sellers with high value homes, who don't wish to have their home splashed over the internet, preferring a more measured approach, whilst only introducing pre approved buyers. All communication remains confidential, whilst our specialist agents will accompany viewers around the property, without any need for taking up valuable time.
