Congratulations to our Bakewell office who have recently been listed in the UK’S ‘Top 100’ Estate Agency branches. The survey was carried out in the summer of 2018 and included over 6,000 estate agency offices.
The team of Tim Venn, Stephanie Gough, Andrew Maskery and Jane Lownsbrough impressed the judges, who assessed overall branch performance. This included carrying out a mystery shopping / customer service exercise, through telephone calls and branch visits. The quality of marketing materials was also taken into account. Key factors such as speed of sale and online property ‘hits’ were included, with information being gathered from Rightmove.
ELR estate agents opened Bakewell branch in summer 2013 and have since gone from strength to strength, regularly being ranked as the areas N0. 1 Selling Agent. With support from the Hathersage branch, ELR have a strong presence throughout the Peak Park covering the whole marketplace from terraced cottages to £1 million plus country houses.
